“First time inside the store. As I walked through the front door I was immediately greeted in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish so naturally I responded in English. Throughout my entire walk through of the store, the clerk spoke to me in Spanish despite my obvious lack of knowledge of the language. Visually, the store is quite nice. I did notice though, a lack of prices listed on 90% of the merchandise. This made it difficult to know how much something cost. The items that did have a posted price tag were severely over priced. Nice looking store but sadly I won't be coming back.”

“This store is a disappointment. Inventory is all over the floor along with energy drinks left by workers which could cause a hazard. The employees are non stop cursing in Spanish. You can’t even walk and view their inventory without needing a flash light and bumping into things. Go to any other store but here for your law enforcement needs. 😊”

“Recently stopped by because they are listed as a Streamlight dealer. Streamlight told me to go to a dealer to get an issue on one of my lights taken care of. I had called prior to stepping foot in the store and they told me to bring the light and they could send it. I went 3 days later and the person behind the counter told me that they could not warranty my light because I did not purchase it with them. Sounds like a bunch of bologni. If you are an authorized dealer you should be able to warranty the product. I am contacting Streamlight directly and making a formal complaint about this "dealer". The store was very disorganized and looked like a dump. Stuff was thrown out on the floor and everything looked out of place. There is very little space in between merchandise to even walk around and the store has a very claustrophobic feel.”
